The Treasurer's Office offers the option to receive Personal Property and Real Estate tax bills electronically. If you are a mortgage or escrow servicer, do not enroll your email for the eBill option on a real estate parcel. Once eBill is selected, no paper copy will be mailed.

In order to receive electronic tax bill notification, login to the Taxpayer Portal at https://tax.yorkcounty.gov/ and complete your registration. Each account in your portal account must be enrolled in electronic billing separately using the “Manage Notifications” option.
Important Information:
- Your eBill registration is maintained by you, not the Treasurer's office.
- If your email address changes, please remember to update your information.
