As approved by the York County Board of Supervisors, Emergency Ordinance 20-13, provides relief for citizens including the waiver of credit card fees effective May 1, 2020. To read more, click here
**While offices are closed to the general public, staff is still available to assist citizens. Staff is available by phone (757-890-3420), fax (757-890-3439), and email at email@example.com. Payments can be made online, by mail (USPS), or by using the drop box at the Finance Building. Staff is available on weekdays during normal business hours from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
The York County Board of Supervisors sets tax rates yearly in May. Semi-annual personal property tax bills and real estate tax bills are due on June 25 and December 5 each year. Supplemental tax bills are due within 30 days of the bill. For additional information, please review our Frequently Asked Questions.
