Please be advised that notices for past due taxes will be mailed the week of December 10th. Due to the unexpected National Day of Mourning, some mailed payments may have been delayed in reaching the Treasurer’s Office. Past due notices are being prepared and mailed in order for the notices to be received in time for payment with the reduced penalty. If you have mailed a payment, you may view your account under Online Services to verify the payment has been received or you may call the office at (757) 890-3420. Thank you.

**Please be advised, Online Services may be unavailable the weekend of December 15 due to a pre-planned outage.**

The Treasurer’s Office will be closed in observance of the following county holidays: December 24th & 25th and December 31st & January 1st.

Lifetime dog tags are now available for $10.  

The Treasurer is a Constitutional Officer and is elected every four years. The Treasurer is responsible for collecting and accounting for all revenues received by the County of York, Virginia.
