About the Division
The Division of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization partners with local, state and federal resources as well as community organizations to provide rental subsidies, housing rehabilitation grants and other affordable options for low-income eligible households.
Housing Crisis Hotline
If you are homeless, near homeless, or otherwise have an immediate need for housing or shelter, call the Housing Crisis Hotline. The Housing Crisis Hotline serves York County and other jurisdictions on the Peninsula. Hotline is staffed Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Phone: 757-587-4202
Penniman Road Housing Study Community Meeting
York County’s Division of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization has received a $75,000 Community Development Block Grant from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development to conduct a comprehensive housing study along the Penniman Road Corridor.
