[ARCHIVED] Join the Teen Advisory Committee

Thank you for your interest in joining the York County Public Library Teen Advisory Committee (TAC). The York County Library believes our young adult patrons are an important part of our community. We feel it is important to get a young adult’s perspective on our libraries in order to make them a better place. By becoming a member of the TAC, you can ensure that your voice will be heard and will improve our teen programming and young adult opportunities here at the library.

To be considered, please complete the online application or stop by the Tabb or Yorktown Library and pick up an application. Return completed paper applications to the Youth Department at the Tabb or Yorktown Library. Applicants will be contacted by email or phone if they're invited to the next step of membership, an interview. Completing an application is the first step to membership and does not guarantee membership. Applications will be kept on file and accepted for one year, and may be reconsidered if openings occur throughout the year. Please contact Jenna Shillingburg in the Youth Services Department, 757-890-5112, with any questions or concerns.
