Memorial Day Ceremony at York Hall - Monday, May 30

Ceremony will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, May 28, at the War Memorial, York Hall.

The ceremony begins at 12 noon at the War Memorial will feature the Fifes and Drums of York Town, VFW Post 824 Color Guard, wreath-laying's and a keynote speaker.

Lower Level of York County Riverwalk Landing Parking Terrace Partially Reopens; Upper Level Closed

Riverwalk Landing Parking Terrace

Following the discovery of a crack in a support beam of the parking terrace, staff has completed temporary repairs allowing for much of the lower level to reopen. The top deck will remain closed. Public parking is available throughout Yorktown.

Clean the Bay Day

On the first Saturday in June, volunteers will spread out across the area and pick up litter and debris from rivers, streams and beaches to keep these materials from polluting our waterways. Join a group or form one with your family/neighbors.
