In ODU's online Entrepreneur Certificate Program (ECP), you'll learn the basics of entrepreneurship and choose classes to boost the skills you need, whether your new venture is public, private or non-profit.
This undergraduate certificate in entrepreneurship is a great addition to any professional's resume. Learn more if you want to start your own business, work in a start-up environment or bring entrepreneurial skills and mindset to corporate and non-profit sectors. This certificate is open to all ODU undergraduate juniors and seniors. Not an ODU student? Apply to ODU as a non-degree-seeking student to take this undergraduate certificate by itself.
ODU also offers an on-demand ECP where you can study at your own pace, whenever and wherever is most convenient.
The program consists of:
- Online orientation session
- 9 online training sessions
- Up to 20 hours of individual mentoring/coaching with a business professional, which can be done in person or online.
On-demand coursework consists of
- Training videos
- Downloadable course material
- Links to additional resources.
This unique program (a $2,000 value) is being offered at no cost for Virginia businesses, entrepreneurs and students attending school in Virginia.
