[ARCHIVED] Live Well @ Your Library in May

The York County Public Library continues its Live Well @ Your Library series in 2018. Live Well @ Your Library features monthly sessions on bettering the body, mending the mind, and soothing the soul.

Yoga @ Your Library on May 7 & 14

Relieve your stress and sooth your soul with our Yoga series at your Library. Adults are invited to join a Garden of Zen Yoga instructor for a free class. On Monday, May 7, try Gentle Yoga at 11:30 a.m. at the Yorktown Library. The Tabb Library will host a Gentle Yoga class on Monday, May 14, at 11:30 a.m. Bring your own mat or borrow one from our limited supply. Space is limited, so register online through the Events Calendar for Gentle Yoga at Yorktown and Gentle Yoga at Tabb. You can also register by calling Yorktown at 757-890-5207 or Tabb at 757-890-5120. Attendees must sign a waiver before participating.

Everyday Mindfulness on May 17 at Tabb

Learn some simple ways to include more moments of awareness in daily life and participate in short guided mindfulness meditations. The workshop begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, in the Tabb Library meeting room. Register through the library's Events Calendar or by calling the Tabb Library at 757-890-5120.
