York Co. Offices to Close Wednesday, Nov. 11 in Observance of Veterans Day
The following York County offices will be closed Wednesday, November 11, in observance of the Veterans Day holiday:
- Government Offices - Closed
- Courts - Closed
- Libraries - Closed
- York-Poquoson Social Services - Closed
Collection of garbage and recyclables will not be affected by the holiday. The Compost Facility, citizen drop-off centers and transfer station located on Goodwin Neck Road will be open; however, the administrative offices of the Waste Management Center will be closed.
