We have been made aware of some confusion over water service providers, meter reading, and subsequent billing. York County does not oversee utilities such as Waterworks, HRSD, etc. If you are having a problem with one of these utilities, please contact their customer service representative. BUT, if you encounter a customer service challenge that seems unreasonable, please contact our Public Works department at 890-3750 and these fine folks will try to help find a solution.
