Starting the application process only requires a completed application, proof of York County residency, and family income documentation (a list of acceptable documents can be found under Head Start Documents).
A printable version of the York County Joint Application is available under Head Start Documents on the left side of the screen. Your completed application along with the required documents can be submitted in one of the following ways:

We also provide an Online Application. By clicking on York County Head Start Pre-School Online Application below, you will be directed to our online application. The online application will allow you to attach the required documents.
You can take a picture of your documents and attach them to the email or online application. Please ensure the picture quality allows the information to be easily read. Income documents will need to clearly show the individual's name, date of income, and income amount. The proof of residency documents will need to clearly show the individual's name, individuals address, the name of the company providing service, and date of service.
