Madison Scalf is a Planner with the Planning Division and serves as a staff member to the Planning Commission. She’s also a member of the American Planning Association. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from William and Mary in 2024 and earned her Master of Public Policy degree from William and Mary in 2025. While at William and Mary her research focused on economic and land-use policy. Madison served as a planning intern for the Planning Division in the summer of 2024 and was hired as a full-time planner in 2025.
