As Chief of Grounds Maintenance Operations, Josh Loudin oversees athletic field construction and landscape maintenance, storm debris cleanup, snow removal and maintenance of York County facilities and grounds, among various other grounds projects. Also, he oversees Mosquito Control and Stormwater ditch maintenance and other Stormwater related projects.
Mr. Loudin received his Associates Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design Technology (Thomas Nelson Community College 2004) and his Bachelor of Business Administration (Averett University 2016). He completed the Local Government Management Certificate Program at Virginia Tech in 2019. His career with York County began in September 2004 as a Surveyor/Drafting Specialist. He has also held roles as AutoCAD Technician, Grounds Maintenance Operations Coordinator, Interim Facility Maintenance Manager, and most recently Grounds Maintenance Superintendent.
