Mr. Green graduated in 2007 from Old Dominion
University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Before
moving into the Fleet Manager position, he began his career with York County in
2012 as the Grants Coordinator. In that role, he managed all of the
federal, state, and local grants for the County. Prior to joining York County,
he spent three years working for Hampton University as a staff accountant in
the Office of Federal Grants and Contracts. He also has experience with
managing both small business and retail operations.
