The Infrastructure Services Division is responsible for the system administration of the enterprise asset management software. The system is used in the functional areas of building permits and inspections, plan review, and customer service.
Infrastructure Services also oversees:
Computer aided drafting and design
Fats Oils and Grease program, also known as FOG
GIS Management of utility layers
Sanitary sewer utility and facilities markings complying with the state damage protection act
Randy Yokum, was appointed Public Works Infrastructure Division Manager in 2015. He joined York County in 1986 as an engineering technician with the Department of Public Works. Mr. Yokum attended Thomas Nelson Community College and Old Dominion University.
