Reservations

To reserve the building, you must fill out a reservation packet at the Parks and Recreation Office and bring your government-issued ID and payment. NO payments will be accepted over the phone. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of no more than 6 months in advance. 
****Reservation requests must be submitted 14 days before the event date****

Reservation Form - Bring to the Main Office with government-issued photo ID

Rental Fee (covers use from 10 am to 10 pm)

• $150 per day for York County Residents (must have a government-issued ID with a York County address).
• $250 per day for Non-Residents or Non-York County Organizations.
• On Monday - Wednesday, the facility can be rented for 3 hours.  
  - $90 for Residents or Organizations of York County.
  - $150 for Non-Residents or Organizations of York County.

If there is excessive use of the facility beyond the 3-hour rental period, an additional $50 per hour will be charged.

A fee of $100 will be charged if trash from the rental has not been removed from the park, if there is excessive damage, or if extra clean-up is required.

Building Features

• 1 large meeting room (32' x 38') (60 people max with tables and chairs)
• Restrooms
• Small kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and counter space.
• There are folding chairs and tables (72" long by 30" wide). Tablecloths MUST be used on all tables. The building accommodates a maximum of 60 people, with chairs and tables. CHAIRS & TABLES ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY—NO STANDING ON FURNITURE.
