About Amy Parker
Amy Parker is a Senior Planner, serving as a staff member to the Planning Commission
and the staff liaison to the Historic Triangle Bicycle Advisory Committee
. Ms. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Pennsylvania State University. She supplemented her degree with graduate-level coursework at Boston College, North Carolina State University, and the College of William and Mary.
Prior to joining York County in 2002, Ms. Parker accrued over twenty years of experience in planning, development review, permitting, zoning administration, and natural resource management. She has worked for various localities and agencies, including the Hartford County (Connecticut) Soil and Water Conservation District, the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission and Prince William County.
