Responsibilities

Amy Crotty is the Division Manager of Juvenile Services. She oversees all planning and administrative functions related to a variety of Community-based programs. She also plans and directs the activities of Division employees as well being responsible for the administration of a complex operating budget and capital improvements program.

About Amy Crotty

Ms. Crotty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Averett College as well as a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on School Counseling. Ms. Crotty is currently pursuing a Certification to become a Clinical Trauma Professional. Ms. Crotty began her career with York County Juvenile Services in 1991 as the Program Manager for Community Supervision. She remained with the County for 20 years before leaving to become a School Counselor/Truancy Officer for Gloucester County Public Schools. Having enjoyed her experience with York County she was very honored to return in 2018 as the Division Manager for Juvenile Services.
