OUR MISSION

The York County Historical Committee is an advisory body to the York County Board of Supervisors that serves in order to document, celebrate, and perpetuate York County’s historical importance, and to keep alive the traditions which form the foundations of America’s heritage.   The Historical Committee accomplishes this goal by sharing information about  York County history with the community,  and by organizing various community events.
