If you enjoy restoring old furniture, shopping for vintage clothing and jewelry, or filling your home with one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces, you don’t want to miss this popular fall event!
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, the McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC) transforms into York County's popular Vintage Marketplace. Browse the complex to search for collectibles, antiques, art, accessories, and unique home décor. Village Events has an exciting lineup of close to 40 local vendors and artists selling everything from antiques to repurposed favorites. Members of the Historic Virginia Peninsula Region-Antique Automobile Club of America (HVPR-AACA) will have several vintage cars on display as well.
Adding to the festive ambiance will be live entertainment provided by Phil Poteat beginning at 11 a.m. Concession stands will be open to serve lunch and snacks, in addition to Shore Bites with some Mac and Cheese favorites; B-52 BBQ; Kathi's Clam Chowder; Pop’s Kettle Corn serving up kettle corn and nachos; Rising Tide Provisions; Gourmet & Easy Go Lebaneasy; and Blind Babe Bakery with artisan breads.
Admission is free and so is the parking. For added convenience, the Yorktown Trolley will be in service from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to shuttle customers and their purchases to and from their vehicles.
Rain date for this event is Sunday, November 3. Please remember, the MAC is a non-smoking facility. Service pets only.
