Originally named the York County Sports Complex, in 2015 the facility was renamed the McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC) after late County Administrator James O. “Mac” McReynolds, who was instrumental in its development.
The McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC) is located at 412 Sports Way. The complex has 13 lighted athletic fields, three concession/restroom buildings, two playgrounds, numerous picnic shelters, fitness stations, a community garden, and walking/bike paths. It serves as a hub for York County Parks and Recreation fall/spring youth soccer, sports camps, adult softball, and special events, as well as the York County Little League’s fall and spring/summer youth baseball/softball programs. In addition, the facility hosts numerous local, regional and national tournaments and leagues throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
