October 3, 2018
Yorktown Market Days extends its hours on Saturday, October 13, as we celebrate autumn with our annual Fall Festival! The fun will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. – offering a day of children’s activities, including face painting, hayrides and a hay maze, bobbing for apples, decorating pumpkins, carnival games, and fun photo opportunities!
Shop for seasonal favorites such as pumpkins, gourds, mums, kettle corn, and caramel apples. Live entertainment includes two chef cooking demonstrations from Water Street Grille and Larry’s Alehouse & Deli. Enjoy an acoustical guitar performance from Phil Poteat.
More than 50 vendors and artists will participate in this special October market. You’ll find seasonal fruits and vegetables; fresh seafood; beef, pork, and chicken; farm milk and eggs; homemade breads and baked goods; nitro brew coffee; handmade soaps and candles; pretzels; and so much more! Artists will be selling painted gourds, photos, paintings, jewelry, stained glass, hand-woven baskets, and alpaca products.
