See Concept Plans for the Water Street Area Master Plan

York County has contracted with the consulting group Hill Studio to develop a master plan for the portion of Water Street located between the Yorktown Pub and the Yorktown Beach Hotel. Representatives from Hill Studio will present their concept plans and receive public input in this meeting via Zoom. This is a chance to give feedback on their ideas for landscaping, parking, public access, and even trash removal!

If you can’t make it to the online meeting but want to share your opinion on the project, you can email planning@yorkcounty.gov. After the meeting, the concepts will be available here for review until March 1st.  Hill Studio will then make any changes to the concepts based on input before presenting them to the Board of Supervisors.
