Visit New Quarter Park
The final race series for Weekend on Your Wheels will be taking place at New Quarter Park on Sunday, May 1. Check-in for everyone will start at noon. The first race of the series begins at 1 pm. Be sure to register before the day of the race to give you and your child time to warm up!
Next week is Resilience Week in York County and New Quarter Park is hosting several events in conjunction.
Are you a drummer at heart and love to make a beat? Do you love to be outdoors and connect with nature? Join us for a Drum Circle at the fire pit in New Quarter Park at 6:30 pm on May 4, please register in advance to take part in the fun rhythm.
Feeling stressed and need to relax? Join us at New Quarter Park for a Fun Walk through the park on Saturday, May 7: 9:00 - 10:00 am. This will not be just any old hike or stroll. Do not miss out on this opportunity to just relax, be silly, and feel loose! As we stroll through the park, remember we are here to relax, enjoy the sights, and have fun! Only $5, please register in advance.
York County Parks and Recreation’s Movies in the Park will be presenting the second movie of the season: Abominable. Come out to New Quarter Park, weather permitting, on May 7. The movie will start about 15 minutes after sunset.
