Your Library has joined more than 1,000 libraries across the country to participate in the celestial event of the century, the August 21, 2017 Solar Eclipse. Bring the whole family to the Tabb Library from 2-3 p.m. for our Eclipse Viewing Party. We'll have crafts, science activities, and a live video stream of the eclipse. A limited number of free solar eclipse glasses will be available to party participants while supplies last.
Can't make it to the library? NASA will offer viewers the chance to see the eclipse live from coast to coast beginning with a preview show at noon EDT. The Eclipse Across America: Through the Eyes of NASA broadcast will feature views from the International Space Station, NASA research aircraft, and locations across the US. For more information about NASA's live coverage, visit their website.
