Virginia Cooperative Extension of York County and Poquoson remind you that this is the time of year to prune your much-loved plants, ornamental shrubs, and small trees. These pruning clinics teach the proper way to prune these plants, shrubs, and trees to promote health and growth. Check the schedule below and call to register for your preferred clinic. Don’t forget the Horticultural Extravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, March 3, at Poquoson High School. Registration deadline is Friday, February 16. More information and registration is available online at http://www.yorkcounty.gov/vce.
