Yoga @ Your Library on March 5 & 12
Relieve your stress and sooth your soul with our Yoga series at your Library. Adults are invited to join a Garden of Zen Yoga instructor for a free class. On Monday, March 5, try Gentle Yoga at 11:30 a.m. at the Yorktown Library. The Tabb Library will host a Gentle Yoga class on Monday, March12, at 11:30 a.m. Bring your own mat or borrow one from our limited supply. Space is limited, so register online through the Events Calendar for Gentle Yoga at Yorktown and Gentle Yoga at Tabb. You can also register by calling Yorktown at 757-890-5207 or Tabb at 757-890-5120. Attendees must sign a waiver before participating.
Welcome to Mindfulness on February 20
Take a break and learn to focus on the present moment in our Welcome to Mindfulness workshop. Attendees will learn the basics of mindfulness and participate in a short, guided meditation. This popular class will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, at the Tabb Library. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
