The Tabb and Yorktown Libraries, York County government offices, York-Poquoson Social Services, Virginia Cooperative Extension, courts, and the Waste Management Center administrative offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, in observance of Veterans Day. Garbage and recycling collection will not affected by the holiday. The compost facility, citizen drop-off centers and transfer station located on Goodwin Neck Road will be open.
Both libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017.
