Last September, the Board of Supervisors instructed County staff to design a new Dockmaster building that includes ADA accessible public restrooms and a second building to house offices of waterfront operations staff.
The overwhelming response cited option #5, which outlined a roof with straight sides and large dormers, with a roof height of 23' 10" and a cupola height of 34' 7". Many wanted the cupola removed and cited wanting to see the river through the building.
The new design below is at the 23' 10" building height and incorporates the majority of the comments we received.
Please review the designs and complete our survey form indicating your thoughts. Comments may also be sent via email to email@example.com.
