There are several ways to pay your Treasurer bill. Please make checks payable to: Treasurer, County of York.
Business License, Consumer/Excise Taxes, Dog Tags, Personal Property Taxes, Vehicle Registrations, Real Estate Taxes and York County Utility Bills may be paid with an Electronic Check, Visa or MasterCard.

For timely and accurately posted payments, do not use bill pay offered by your bank.
Tax Pay My Way Program
The Tax Pay My Way Program lets citizens have payments automatically deducted from their bank account once per month eight times per year for personal property taxes (including vehicle registrations) and/or real estate taxes. These payments are applied to your first half and second half semi-annual tax bills to reduce the amount due on the due dates.
Smart Pay is a personal/business checking account may be debited on the due date to pay York County utility bills.
Authorization for Electronic Debit
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to process the payment as a check transaction or use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
If your payment is returned unpaid, you also authorize us to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account to collect a fee of $35.
After hours checks and money orders can be left in the Treasurer Drop Box for all taxes, licenses and fees.
Checks and money orders may be mailed to the Treasurer for all taxes, licenses and fees.
Credit Cards are accepted at 877-690-3729 (Jurisdiction Code 1069) for York County utility bills.
