York County Parks & Recreation invites you to become a leader in your community by assisting with our Summer Fun Camp and Field Trip Fever Program. Learn useful job skills, develop your leadership skills, and receive training such as first aid, CPR, etc. Fee covers uniform shirts, a summer social, field trip fees, incentives, and training costs. If you are creative, outgoing, and like to have a great time with children,please apply today! Participants will have volunteer log sheets to earn incentives. This program helps provide volunteer hours for school or scholarships, all while having fun. We are flexible with schedules; students indicate their availability.
Register online February 11 until full. Application fee of $25 to receive an application packet via email along with receipt which is due no later than April 12. Interviews will be held on April 20 or 27. The balance fee of $125 is due June 3. Non-Residents pay an additional $25.
Mandatory training will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Coventry Elementary.
