COURTROOM TOURS
Why Tour ] About the Tour ] [Back]

You cannot underestimate the importance of giving children and their parents a tour of the court facilities. Having the opportunity to see and explore the courtroom before the commotion of trial will help make children and parents more comfortable on the day of court. Children are given a tour of the court facilities as close to the hearing date as possible, so that the experience is fresh in the child's mind and he or she does not forget the information relayed during the tour.
