The Polynesian voyaging canoe Hokule’a
(“Star of Gladness” in Hawaiian) is circumnavigating the globe on a voyage. Hokule’a
sailed into Yorktown on Sunday, April 24 and will host multiple public programs, events and public canoe tours while docked at Riverwalk Landing in Yorktown until May 8. This Sunday, May 1, the Hokule’a
