Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) manages municipal
wastewater treatment in Hampton Roads and bills customers every two months, based on water

County Sewer is maintained by the Department of Environmental &
Development Services' Utilities Division. Telephone

residents are billed every two months to maintain the system.

ENGINEERING. Provides the operation, maintenance, engineering and administration
of water pumping, storage and distribution facilities and provides the operation,
maintenance and engineering support for the design, plan review, construction and
inspection of the County's wastewater collection system. A division of the Department of
