NOISE.
A noise ordinance applies to noise within residential zoning districts that
is offensive to "a person of ordinary sensitivity." That can include horns,
radios or loudspeakers that are audible at a distance of at least 50 feet,
animals, engines, shouting and musical instruments. Residents can file a
