INTEGRATED PRESCHOOL OUTREACH PROGRAM (IPOP).  The York County Integrated Preschool Outreach Program (IPOP) is a language-based, preschool environment for eligible three-year children offering a wide variety of enriching activities in a nurturing, educational setting at Magruder, Dare or Tabb Elementary schools September through May. Each classroom can hold a maximum of 16 students - eight typically developing children who are role models and eight children identified with special needs.  Children attend their zoned schools for a Monday through Wednesday morning four-hour program.  The curriculum places emphasis on socialization and readiness skills. Students are involved in all of the school wide activities including resource classes.
