Application No. ZM-109-07, Raymond Souder: Request to amend the York County Zoning Map by reclassifying a 4.91-acre portion of a 12.08-acre parcel from RR (Rural Residential) to GB (General Business). The property is located at 409 East Rochambeau Drive (Route F-137) at its eastern intersection with Oaktree Road (Route 786) and is further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 2-55. A 0.49-acre portion of the property fronting on Oaktree Road and East Rochambeau Drive is currently classified GB-General Business.  The property is designated Low Density Residential (Maximum density of 1.0 dwelling units per acre) in the Comprehensive Plan. Recommended approval

Application No. UP-722-07, Raymond Souder:  Request for a multi-component Special Use Permit, pursuant to Section 24.1-306 [Category 12, No. 18 (a); Category 14, No. 2; & Category 15, No. 4 (b)] of the York County Zoning Ordinance, to authorize the establishment of a recreational vehicle storage facility; warehousing establishment including moving and storage; and contractor’s shops with outdoor/exposed storage; on the property described above. The property is zoned RR (Rural Residential) and GB (General Business) and is designated Low Density Residential in the Comprehensive Plan. This application is contingent on the approval of Application No. ZM-109-07 described above. Recommended approval with revisions to Resolution No. 08-6

 Application No. UP-739-08, Dominion: Request to amend Special Use Permit conditions of approval set forth in Resolution No. R82-221(R-2) – as amended by Resolution Nos. R92-191(R), R92-292, R99-69(R), and R02-70 – to authorize vertical expansion of a previously approved ash disposal facility on a 73.7-acre parcel located at 380 Newsome Drive and further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 24-204C. The property, which is located east of Old York-Hampton Highway, north of Goodwin Neck Road, west of Wolftrap Road, and south of the CSX railroad tracks, is zoned IG (General Industrial) and is designated General Industrial in the Comprehensive Plan. Recommended approval
