located in the southeast quadrant of the southern Humelsine
Parkway (Route 199)/Interstate 64 interchange and south of Water
Country Parkway (Route 640). The property is zoned EO (Economic
Opportunity) and is designated Economic Opportunity in the
Comprehensive Plan.
