further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 18-3B. The property,
located approximately 170 feet west of the intersection of
Alexander Hamilton Boulevard and Ballard Street (Route 1020)is
zoned YVA (Yorktown Village Activity) and is designated Yorktown
in the Comprehensive Plan.
