for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Section 24.1-306 (Category
17, No. 7) of the York County Zoning Ordinance, to authorize a
199-foot self-supporting communications tower with associated
ground-mounted equipment located on a portion of the property
located at 1201 Airport Road (Route 645) and further identified
as Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-4A. The 2.04-acre property is
located on the north side of Airport Road at its intersection
with East Rochambeau Drive (Route F-137). The property is zoned
RC (Resource Conservation) and is designated as Conservation in
the Comprehensive Plan.
