communications tower with associated ground-mounted equipment
located on a portion of the property located at 2360 Hampton
Highway and further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 37-158.
The 4.26-acre property is located on the south side of Hampton
Highway (Route 134), approximately 750 feet east of its
intersection with Big Bethel Road (Route 600). The
property is zoned GB (General Business) and is designated for
Limited Business development in the Comprehensive Plan.
