a 768-square foot accessory apartment on the second floor of an existing
detached garage on a 1.12-acre parcel located at 202 Sonshine Way (Route
1025) and further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 17-7-6. The
property is zoned R13 (High Density Single-Family Residential District)
and is designated for High Density Residential development in the
Comprehensive Plan.

Request for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 24.1-306 of the
York County Zoning Ordinance (Category 12, No. 5) to authorize the use
of property located at 817 Merrimac Trail as a temporary automobile
sales display lot for approximately 80 vehicles. The applicant proposes
to display vehicles on this site during the construction of improvements
to the primary dealership location at 543 Second Street. The vehicle
display area would be established on the existing asphalt parking area
at this site. The applicant does not intend to occupy the existing
building on the site. The applicant intends to secure a license from
the Motor Vehicle Dealers Board in accordance with its procedures and
requirements for ancillary display lots. The subject property, further
identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 10-35, is
zoned GB (General Business) and is designated for General Business
development in the Comprehensive Plan.
