Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of summer camps.
Engineering Camp I - #119091A1
This camp will
introduce the basics of model rocketry. All campers will learn the basics of
how a model rocket works and they will design, build (from kits and from
scratch), and launch their own model rockets. There will be a maximum of 20
participants enrolled in this camp.

Engineering Camp II - #119091A2
The
objective of this camp is to introduce the engineering design process. All
campers will learn the basics of how engineering principles are used to solve
any problem. They will apply the engineering design process to design, build,
and test their own mousetrap-powered racer car, solar-powered racer car, and
super capacitor dragster. There will be a maximum of
20 participants enrolled in this camp.
