A collection of electronic books are available to read online and eAudiobooks are available to download.  First-time users must use the Library's public computers to set up an account before they can access NetLibrary from their home computer.

NewsBank
Updated daily, this comprehensive resource offers current and archived full-text articles from local and regional newspapers including the Daily Press, Richmond Times-Dispatch, The Roanoke Times, The Virginian-Pilot, and the Washington Post.  Newsbank also includes the full-text electronic versions of 26 popular magazines including Sports Illustrated, Time, and U.S. News & World Report.
