MEETING ROOMS
The York County Public Library has two meeting rooms and a conference room available for public use by non-profit organizations. The Yorktown Library’s meeting room
occupancy is 115 people, or 50 with tables. Sixty chairs and eight tables
are available at the Yorktown Library. The Tabb Library’s meeting room
occupancy is 171 people, or 80 with tables. One hundred chairs and fourteen
tables are available. The Tabb Library also has a small Conference Room which seats 12. There is no fee for the use of the rooms,
but users must meet the guidelines detailed in the Library's
meeting room policy.
TO RESERVE A MEETING ROOM:

Check on the availability of
the room at
York County's Meeting Maker Calendar. Choose the
appropriate calendar for either the Tabb Library Meeting Room, the Tabb
Library Conference Room, or the Yorktown Library Meeting Room. Choose
a date on the calendar to view and then "Go to Calendar."

Availability can also be checked by calling the Tabb Library at 890-5109 or the Yorktown Library at 890-5207 on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Please check availability before filing an application. |

Read the meeting room policy statement. By completing and
signing the application, you are stating that you have read and will abide by
this policy.

Complete the application and return it to the library in
person or by fax at the number listed on the application.

Call to confirm that your application has been accepted and
your meeting time has been confirmed. Please note that returning your
application to the Library does not immediately grant confirmation of your
meeting date, and that the Library reserves the right to deny applications and
cancel meetings as situations warrant.
