Proper
attire and behavior are required of everyone who enters a courtroom. Clothing must
be clean and properly worn. The following attire and behavior will
be prohibited.

HALTERTOPS, SPAGHETTI OR STRAPLESS TOPS
SKIRTS THAT DO NOT EXTEND TO AT LEAST THE MIDDLE OF THE THIGH WHILE SITTING
EXPOSED UNDERWEAR, MIDRIFFS, STOMACHS, OR BUTTOCKS.
SLACKS, TROUSERS, OR JEANS THAT CAN ONLY BE SUPPORTED BY THE
WEARER'S HANDS
BARE FEET, BEDROOM SLIPPERS, OR SWIMMER'S "FLIP FLOPS"
OFFENSIVE, VIOLENT, OBSCENE OR SUGGESTIVE SLOGANS OR CARICATURES
SHALL BE DISPLAYED ON CLOTHING
CHEWING GUM, BUBBLE GUM, CANDY TOBACCO OR FOOD
All
cellular telephones and pagers must be in the "off" position.
If not, they are subject to confiscation by the court.

Anyone who misbehaves or enters a courtroom improperly dressed may
be sent away until properly attired, or may be found in contempt of
court and subjected to a fine, or incarceration, or both. |
