Process_Description:
County boundary was originally developed in ArcInfo coverage format from mylar orthophotography, combined with legal source records (subdivision plats). Updates/changes to the layer were performed by tablet registration of mylar subdivision plats. Layer was migrated into ArcSDE in June, 2005. Updates beyond that date will be performed by scanning and registering the subdivision plats, and head-up digitizing the changes.
