Research property information

At this site, you can search our database of information on properties in York  County, locate them on a map, and get additional information for the properties.   This includes zoning information, FEMA flood zone information, property values, lot size, school zones and more! 

Please note: the orthophotos are only available at certain view scales.  The check-box in the legend will become active at those scales, just check the box and click the "apply" button.  If it is unavailable (grayed-out), you are either zoomed in too close or zoomed out too far.

Color orthophotos are available

In early March, 2007, the county was flown and digital orthophotos were produced.  These images have 1 ft. pixel resolution, and are in full color.  We use these images to update our map layers to include any new features (buildings, roads, etc.) that have been built since the county was last flown (2005).
