The sixth fire station built in York County, the "Seaford Fire Station" was built by the county, as part of phase two of the 1986 York County Fire and Rescue Bond Referendum. |

Service Area |
Fire Station Six/Seaford responds "first due" into the areas of Seaford, Dandy, Waterview, and Hornsbyville. This station also provides primary back up response to the Grafton and
Yorktown Fire Stations. The response area includes the coverage for two large industrial complexes of the Virginia Power, Yorktown Station, and the BP/Amoco Oil Refinery. |
