The second fire station built in York County, the "Tabb Station" was built by the county and dedicated in April of 1974.
Service Area
Fire Station two/Tabb responds "first due" into the Tabb area of the county. Generally a portion of the county south and east of the Harwoods Mill Reservoir along boundaries shared
by York County and the Cities of Hampton, Newport News and Poquoson. This station also provides primary back up response to the Grafton Fire Station.
