The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) is responsible for these technological development centers, which are a proven and invaluable resource.

CIT is a private, nonprofit corporation created by the state to enhance competitiveness by providing business with access to the state's technological resources and assistance in the creation and retention of high-technology jobs.
